A latter-day disciple of LORD Jesus Christ

Truth about overeating

Avoid Saying What GOD Hates ! ! !

The original 12 disciples were hand-picked by our Messiah, Jesus Christ, Who calls Himself the Son of Man.

Since the Temple curtain was torn and Jesus, GOD the Son, has ascended to sit at the right hand of GOD the Father, we, who are Christians (either Jew or gentile), can now choose of our own free will to become Jesus' disciples now in these last few seconds of the end of the age.

"All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20)

Amen.

This that you are reading has been inspired by the Holy Spirit to guide you toward becoming one of Jesus' latter-day disciples regardless of your nationality if you so choose per the free will that GOD has generously given all souls.

"But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Luke 22:36)

What does it mean for a disciple of LORD Jesus Christ to carry a sword but not wield it to harm another?

This means that we, who are His disciples (either Jew or gentile), freely choose to be truthful but we also freely choose not to use truth to harm our neighbors even if our neighbors are intent on harming us.

From Matthew 26:51-53...

Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested Him.
With that, one of Jesus' companions reached for his sword,
drew it out and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.

"Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to him,

"for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.

Do you think I cannot call on My Father,
and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?"
