Libel.

Special Message Concerning Dearly Departed Bob(this one) Pastorio (pastorio@rica.net, Bob@nospam.com)

With malice presumably motivated by a personal hatred of the 2PD-OMER Approach published on this web site, Mr. Pastorio did willfully libel/defame the author of the 2PD-OMER Approach on 7/14/2003 by writing:

"You're a quack in Atlanta..."

He subsequently established a pattern of defaming Dr. Chung on 7/20/2003 by writing:

"What a fraud."

We know Mr. Pastorio was doing it willfully because on 7/25/2003 when asked whether he thought it wise to libel/defame Dr. Chung, he wrote:

"Yes, I do."

Please know that I had forgiven Bob for he knew not what he was doing.

He has since inauspiciously died from metastatic "cancer of unknown origin" on Fool's Day:
