A gentile disciple of LORD Jesus Christ

"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, Who is in you, Whom you have received from GOD? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor GOD with your body." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

Overeating is simply terrible for our hearts along with the rest of our bodies and is definitely not what GOD desires of us. Eating until we are full (no longer hungry) results in the formation of bad internal fat (a.k.a. that bad inside fat, which makes us look a bit pregnant when we are not). The medical term for this is visceral adipose tissue (VAT or intraabdominal obesity). Oozing from this harmful VAT, there are many poisons that cause inflammation to occur throughout our bodies especially in our blood vessels. All blood vessels, joints, muscles, and organs are damaged by this process. The medical term for these poisons is pro-inflammatory adipocytokines (PIACs). Our bodies are essentially being destroyed by a constant state of internal civil war when these PIACs are around so that we have aches and pains, our blood pressure is up and down (more up than down), we have trouble either concentrating or remembering things, we have difficulty sleeping, our cholesterol is elevated, and we are starting to have type-2 diabetes (or already have it along with heart disease).

Yes, we now know it is wrong for us to overeat (eat until we are no longer hungry) and yet we keep doing it. This is a compulsion because we are doing something that we know to be harmful. Yes, this is also a loss of free will. When there is a loss of free will, we are no longer able to freely choose to do what GOD desires of us especially when we essentially reside in HIS blessed feed lot. This loss of free will is a work of satan, who is the source of the lie (hunger is bad and means we are starving) that has wounded the hearts of our souls thereby keeping us from becoming Jesus' latter-day disciples. With this lie in our hearts, we are compelled to think and act like Esau, whom GOD hates.

If you are also smoking tobacco products (or doing other bad things) to kill your hunger in order to keep from overeating, you will also need to learn what is required to stop smoking (or to stop doing other bad things) in order to become healthier (hungrier) to lose the VAT.

Please consider using the following script to do good work so that GOD would possibly want to help you overcome your compulsion to overeat. You have my permission to freely copy this web page without any modification for personal use or to direct others to this page so that they may also receive HIS help so that they could also become disciples of LORD Jesus Christ if they so freely choose. For neighbors, whom you have just met, there is an alternate script that the Holy Spirit may guide you to use.

Part A -- Easy
Mission: Informing Christian friends that GOD is blessing you right now.

Christian friend (standard southern greeting): "How are you?"

You (smiling): "GOD is blessing me right now at this very moment in time ! ! !"

Part B -- Challenging
Mission: Teach your Christian friend how to know whether GOD is blessing him/her right now.

Christian friend (intrigued by your reply): "How do you know?"

You (earnestly): "GOD used a heart doctor to teach me this through what is written in Luke 6:21. Do you know this verse?"

Christian friend: "No. Would you please tell me this verse?"

You (hopefully with sound effects from your stomach): "Blessed are you who hunger NOW... for you will be satisfied."

Christian friend: "You are hungry right now ! ! !"

You: "Yes, by doing what GOD desires, especially eating less, down to the right amount, which is by HIS design."

Christian friend: "What is the right amount?"

You: "This heart doctor has taught me that the right amount is an omer (Exodus 16:16), which happens to be 32 ounces of food per day."

Christian friend: "How was that figured out?"

You: "No figuring out, we weigh each meal with a food scale and stop eating when we get to 32 ounces. This is known as the 2PD-OMER Approach."

Christian friend: "Where can we get a food scale?"

You: "Department stores sell them in their housewares section. The slim digital ones are the easiest and most fun to use. However the other thing we must keep doing is saying 'wonderfully hungry' whenever we are greeted by others outside of church. Let's try this with my greeting you with 'How are you?' while pretending to be outside church. How are you???"

Christian friend: "Wonderfully hungry."

You: "That was not easy because your brain had to go against your heart."

Part C - Bonus
Mission: Get your Christian friend to laugh by showing him/her where the problem is.

Christian friend: "Thank you for teaching me what that heart doctor taught you. Good bye."

You: "Laus Deo!"

Christian friend: You too!

You: "Be hungry (Deuteronomy 8:3)."

Christian friend: (Laughs and smiles upon realizing that the problem resides in the heart and will need to do as you are doing to become absolutely convinced in the mind that "hunger is wonderful" to overcome the compulsion to overeat while waiting for the necessary "change of heart" that will depend on GOD) "Wait a minute. Come back here. Where can I find your heart doctor?"

You: "Everything he teaches is on-line on the Internet."

Christian friend: "Where?"

You: "Search for T3WIJ."

Christian friend: "What does that stand for?"

You: "Trust the truth, Who is Jesus."

Christian friend: "Is your heart doctor Jesus?"

You: "No, his name is Andrew."

Christian friend: "He is the first disciple Andrew?"

You: "No, the first disciple Andrew was Jewish. HeartDoc Andrew is Chinese!"

Christian friend: "What does this have to do with Jesus?"

You: "Jesus is my Heart Surgeon!"

Christian friend: "What kind of heart surgery does Jesus do?"

You: "Jesus is able to cut out that lie that 'hunger is starvation' ! ! !"

Know that the more convinced you become, the more convincing you will be. It is after you become absolutely convinced in your mind that hunger is wonderful because it is from GOD (Deuteronomy 8:3) that the time becomes right for GOD to give you that "change of heart" which will make everything in your life more right so that you would be able to look fully upon Jesus' face without falsely believing you are too hungry as you become infinitely hungrier, thereby allowing you to physically recognize Jesus when He physically returns for us. Yes, what distinguishes those of us who are disciples (either Jew or gentile) from followers is simply our being able to physically recognize our LORD because of our brains being able to hold on to knowing that the "hearts burning within us" is our being wonderfully hungrier (Luke 24:32).

"The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?" (Jeremiah 17:9)

Only the LORD can understand our heart and cut the deceit from it.

"With man this is impossible, but with GOD all things are possible." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Matthew 19:26)

Amen.

Jesus is LORD ! ! !

"My LORD and my GOD!" -- Disciple Thomas upon seeing the risen LORD Jesus Christ (John 20:28).

After HE cuts the deceit from your heart, it will be your responsibility to guard your heart from being trashed again by those who remain deluded. Afterwards, you will be clothed with the Holy Spirit, Who is the Power from on high, thereby making you one of Jesus' latter-day disciples fully equipped and armored to do the good work that GOD desires of you. In the Holy Spirit, we, who are Jesus' disciples (either Jew or gentile), are hungrier than ever and would flee from GOD the Holy Spirit like Jonah did if we did not know in our hearts that our hunger is wonderful, because it is from GOD (Deuteronomy 8:3).

While waiting for Jesus to cut the lie "hunger is starvation" from our hearts, it is especially wise to thank GOD whenever we are hungrier because being hungrier is truly a wonderful gift from our LORD.

Are you wanting to give thanks and praise for this message?

Laus Deo!

It is when we are hungrier, that we know we are doing GOD's will as Jesus' disciples...

... by being mindful of WDJW.
